Warranty
Expected life of the ScaleX electrolyser is 8,000 hour(s) from the date of the installation.
Mechanical warranty of the ScaleX lasting for 24 months form the date of the installation.
During the period of warranty, the customer should notify to Tiaano, if any defects on workmanship and performance of ScaleX; Tiaano shall provide technical assistance if necessary. If needed, customer has to despatch the defective component to Tiaano’s site for the necessary repair, rectification and or replacement.
The warranty won’t cover the ScaleX that has been modified, tampered or altered without authorisation. Once the warranty period is over, if the property owner / customer is expected to maintain the ScaleX continuously to enhance maximum life and quality, the replacement and or refurbishment shall be the responsibility of owner and Tiaano may be approached for the required guidance / service / replacement.

Effects of ScaleX
ScaleX action immediately starts…On installation, it disinfects the water & break the ionic state into molecular state by loosening the existing scale.
Effect after a week: Existing scale breaks as small particles and flow down through your water system. By now the quantity of bath soap, dish soap, laundry detergent can be reduced.
Effect after three weeks: Scale should have softened on Faucets, Showerheads, and frequently used home appliances.
Effect after three to four months: Softened Scale will be easier to remove. No new stain or crust should form. Depending on the feed water hardness, full effects can be taken up to ONE year, especially if the system has been heavily scaled over many years.
